A Pet Legacy
Late last year, as a family we were given the terrible news that our 12 year old Staffy Poppy had terminal cancer. It was a huge blow to our family, especially Evie who knew no world without Poppy.
We were lucky, we had time to process the news. But she went downhill quickly, and it become apparent that she was in a great deal of pain. It has taken me 6 months to be able to sit and really look at these images, the pain of losing our beloved pup is still with me.
But now I can see the importance of these images.
I’m so glad that we had the time to spend making some last memories with her and we will always have the legacy she left with these images.
